Refund policy

All meals are perishable and delivered fresh, all relevant information is provided to the customer before being prompted to complete their purchase, it is the customers responsibility to purchase the correct and desired meals and returns and refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis, however meals will not be refunded for change of mind, 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, we will not accept returns for products that have been Delivered, opened, consumed, partially consumed, or inadequately stored.

To start a refund request, you can contact us at info@athletesnutrition.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Subscriptions & Cancellations

Subscriptions are automatically charged and processed on the same day the original order was placed, if you wish to cancel a subscription this must be done BEFORE your account is charged and order processed, you can cancel your subscription by logging onto our website, and clicking 'manage subscription' if you are unable to do so you must email your cancellation request to info@athletesnutrition.com.au

If your order has already been prepared and shipped we will not cancel or refund the order, if you wish to cancel your order after it has already been shipped with our couriers you will incur a cancellation fee of 50%


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
